Terms of Service
Gaff (gaff.gg) · last updated 14 July 2026
Gaff is a watch-together game currently in private beta. By creating an account or playing, you agree to these terms.
1. The service
Gaff lets you watch videos and listen to music together with others in shared rooms. It's provided as-is, free of charge, and — being a beta — features may change, break, or be removed, and data may occasionally be reset.
2. Your account
Keep your password to yourself and pick a username that isn't offensive or impersonating someone. You're responsible for what happens on your account. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these terms.
3. Conduct
Be decent. No harassment, hate, spam, illegal content, cheating, or attempts to disrupt the service or other players. Room hosts and staff may moderate (kick, mute, ban) at their discretion.
4. Content & third-party services
Videos and music are played through the official players of their platforms (YouTube, Twitch, SoundCloud) and remain subject to those platforms' own terms. In particular, YouTube features use YouTube API Services — by using them you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Gaff doesn't host, download, or modify platform content.
Anything you create in Gaff (chat, room layouts, paintings, group tags) must be yours to share and follow the conduct rules above.
5. Connected accounts
Linking a YouTube, Twitch, SoundCloud, or Last.fm account is optional, read-only, and can be undone at any time in Settings → connections. See the Privacy Policy for details.
6. Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Gaff is provided without warranties of any kind, and its developer isn't liable for damages arising from use of the service.
7. Changes
These terms may be updated as the game evolves; material changes will be noted in the game's update notes. Continuing to play after a change means you accept it.
